Jessica’s Artist Corner is committed to making enrollment simple, transparent, and manageable for families. Below you’ll find information about scholarship programs, monthly billing, class recordings, cancellations, online-class expectations, and student privacy.
Scholarships & Educational Funding
Jessica’s Artist Corner works with select educational-funding programs that may help eligible families cover the cost of art classes. Eligibility, available funding, covered expenses, and reimbursement procedures are determined by each individual organization.
Families are responsible for applying directly through the scholarship organization.
I’m happy to provide invoices, program descriptions, or other class information when needed.

Harmony supports eligible homeschool families through educational programs and resources. Depending on the family’s program and location, funds may be available for approved classes, curriculum, supplies, tutoring, or other educational expenses.

This is a Utah state funded scholarship program for residents.
The Utah Fits All Scholarship may provide eligible Utah students with funding for approved educational expenses, including qualifying private education, tutoring, supplemental instruction, and online learning services.

The Children First Education Fund supports qualifying families seeking educational choices and supplemental services for their children. Depending on current program rules, funding may help cover approved private education, tutoring, therapies, supplemental classes, or homeschool-related services.

This is an Arkansas state funded scholarship program for residents.
This program offers funding for approved private-school or homeschool educational expenses - covering qualified classes, curriculum, tutoring, instructional materials, and other educational services.

These policies help classes run smoothly and ensure that every family receives clear, consistent information. Please review them before registering, and reach out if you have a question about your family’s circumstances.
Membership & Monthly Billing
Monthly Membership

Art Foundations membership is $51 per month per household.

Membership continues automatically until canceled.

One household membership may cover eligible family members according to the registered class level and program guidelines.

Billing begins according to the date and payment schedule shown during registration.
Registration Fee

Any registration fee is nonrefundable.

Clearly list the amount or link to registration if the fee varies.
Price Changes
Families will receive advance notice before changes to ongoing membership pricing take effect.
What Your Membership Includes

Weekly live Art Foundations classes during the published school-year schedule

Two live class times offered for each level

Two summer workshop weeks at the student’s registered level

Class announcements, reminders, and project supply information

Access to eligible class recordings upon request

Specialty projects or additional program content when included in the current annual schedule
The annual calendar identifies class dates, school breaks, summer workshops, and other scheduled program activities.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled by emailing Jessica at least before the first day of the month in which you no longer wish to participate. Cancellation takes effect on the first of the following membership month.
Missed Classes
Monthly tuition reserves the student’s place in the program and is not refunded or prorated for missed classes.
Mid-Month Cancellations
Memberships are not prorated or refunded for partial months after the monthly membership period has begun.
Instructor Cancellations
If Jessica must cancel a scheduled class, families will receive a rescheduled lesson, an appropriate recording, or another replacement learning option.
Registration Fee
Registration fees are nonrefundable.
Pausing a Membership
Families expecting to be away for more than four consecutive weeks may contact Jessica to discuss pausing their membership. Pause availability and restart timing depend on the class calendar and the student’s expected return date.
**Memberships are not normally paused solely for summer because current memberships include scheduled summer workshops and access to eligible recordings.
Missed Classes & Recordings
Life happens. When a student misses class, a recording may be requested so the project can be completed at home.

Recordings are available by request.

Recording access is temporary and is not intended as permanent video-library access.

Students may pause or replay recordings while completing the lesson.

Live make-up classes are not guaranteed.

Families should request extensions before a recording expires.

School-year recordings close according to the published annual schedule.
Joining and Class Placement
Students may join during the school year when space is available. Jessica may provide selected previous lessons or other guidance to help new students become comfortable with the class.
Level Placement
Age recommendations are a starting point. Placement may also consider a student’s prior experience, confidence, independence, attention span, and readiness for the curriculum.
Level Changes
If a student would benefit from a different level, families may contact Jessica to discuss an appropriate class change.
Creating a Safe & Positive Online Classroom

Zoom links are for registered household members only and may not be shared.

Students should arrive with the project supplies listed in the class email.

Cameras are encouraged so Jessica can better support students, but personal circumstances may be discussed privately.

Microphones should remain muted during instruction unless students are asking a question or participating in discussion.

Students are expected to communicate respectfully and allow classmates time to learn and share.

A parent or responsible adult should remain available when younger students need technical or emotional support.
Class Recording & Privacy
Only Jessica’s instructional screen and demonstration are intended to be included in class recordings. Students and families may not independently record, screenshot, copy, or distribute live classes without written permission.

Zoom links and recordings may not be shared outside the registered household.

Student names, voices, images, or artwork should not be reposted by other participating families.

Families should contact Jessica privately with any privacy concerns before class.
Submitting Artwork for Teacher Feedback
Families are asked to email finished artwork so Jessica can follow each student’s progress, offer guidance, and evaluate whether future lessons need adjustment.
** By submitting photos and/or artwork, families grant permission for their child’s work or image to be featured online.
Student Spotlights
From time to time, families may be invited to share artwork, comments, or photographs for a student spotlight, website feature, newsletter, or social-media post. Participation is completely optional and requires separate parent or guardian permission.

**Declining promotional permission will never affect a child’s participation in class!
Intellectual Property
Class lessons, project designs, demonstration videos, recordings, handouts, and other instructional materials are owned by Jessica’s Artist Corner and are provided for the registered household’s personal educational use.

Class videos or teaching materials may NOT be copied, resold, published, uploaded, taught commercially, or distributed.

Families may NOT record or repost full lessons.

Publicly sharing a student’s finished artwork is welcome, provided instructional videos or restricted materials are not included.
