Virtual Classroom Policy
Please be respectful of other students in class and the teacher.
-
Mute your computer and pay attention when Ms. Swaney is teaching,
Ms. Swaney is happy to answer questions when a student needs help or has a question, but it is unfair to the other students if the lesson has to be repeated because an open mic made it hard to hear or a student was not paying attention. -
Find a quiet space to take your class where you won’t be distracted
-
Always be on time for your class and prepared with a charged device and any materials you may need
-
Always raise a hand when you want to say something and wait until you’re invited to speak
Thank you for helping our class be successful!

Photo Policy
At the end of each project Ms. Swaney will ask for photos of student art work to be emailed. The top three will be highlighted on Jessica’s Artist Corner website home page. These photos may also be used in social media posts to promote classes and highlight students' work.
Throughout the year, Ms. Swaney will periodically ask for photos of your students working on their art projects. These photos may be used on Jessica’s Artist Corner website or in social media posts to promote classes and highlight students' work.
